This project is still under process and is set to happen in summer 2022 as a music festival. Our mission is to bring life into the old ways of enjoying music and integrate it with modern culture. We strive to encourage the world to assemble a community that understands the real value of a story. We’ve always had a deep & intrinsic love for things that are made well. It was never about a specific ‘type’ of clothing, service or art that we did or did not like. Any kind of materialistic or non materialistic idea could catch our attention just by being made in a genuinely thoughtful manner.

 

What we feel today is that the world has shifted its focus to quantity rather than quality on certain areas of our daily lives. While automation & fast production can work very well on building pillars like technology or business - creating employment, automation of production processes to make life more easy and comfortable - it has not worked the same way for creative industries. This has become a bigger problem knowing that government budgets in this country have cut in the investments they make for these cultural minded industries.

 

We’re not trying to sound pessimistic or just too negative, but we do notice that the music we hear today has a cheap feeling of satisfaction, a short burst of fulfillment, something that is the main goal of the enormous shows and festivals people attend these days. The perfection of automation actually makes a record seem flat, blank, ‘too’ clean and as a result imperfect. 

 

We strive to create a concept that aligns to times where things were being made well even though we never lived in those moments. The fact that we were not even born then and still have such a strong feeling of connection with these eras, makes it even more important for us to go forward with the idea. It’s not that we feel obligated to or just like to do this, but we have a solid belief that the world needs people to put the spark back into a community that has been long lost. We will not literally reconstruct a nostalgic setting, but we should at least create a place where delicacy and refinement carry the torch of this movement.
